The multiplayer map Hollywood Heights is a medium sized map focusing on close quarter combat set in the southern California's Hollywood hills. The flow of the map was primarily designed for infantry with a road that cuts through the map allowing vehicles to quickly cross the map. The main focus of the map was the mansion at the center and most paths were designed to direct the players through that space providing high intensity engagements.
- Developed initial map concept creating a design document
- Blocked out the initial design in EA's proprietary game engine Frostbite
- Iterated on map design based on feedback and testing, taking the map from block to a presentable state
- Implemented all scripting for game modes including spawn points and objectives
- Maintained scripting through most of the maps development process
- Setup and scripted the Mansions Epic Moment event
